Author Visits
School visits are among the best parts of being a children’s author, and I would love to visit your school to share my book series, Bobby the Bear. During my visit, I will inspire students to promote kindness, dream big, and become passionate about reading and writing.
Book readings and presentations can be divided into classes or grades based on the school’s needs.
I am also open to meeting with grades 3-8 to discuss my writing process, brainstorming techniques, developing ideas and stories, and much more.

Need Help with Funds?
Having been a former teacher, I know school budgets can be tight. Here are some ideas for funding an author visit.
· PTA – Plan in advance and work with your parent group
· Local service groups
· Book Fairs – Some schools use book fair money to host an author each year
· Grants – State Literary Grants, SCBWI Amber Brown Grant
· Shared Cost – Schools or districts can come together to host an author
